Acceptable Use Policy
1. Lawful use
You will use PitStrike only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and exchange or broker rules that apply to your trading activity.
2. No abuse of the platform
You will not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; interfere with other users; distribute malware; send spam; or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or billing controls.
3. Accounts and identity
You will not impersonate others, create accounts to evade enforcement, or share credentials in ways that compromise security.
4. AI and automation
Where AI features are available, you will not use them to generate unlawful content or to manipulate markets. Automated trading, if offered, must be used within limits we publish and within your broker’s rules.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
