1. The service
PitStrike offers tools for futures traders, including analytics, workspace features, and optional AI-assisted insights. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform or other users.
3. No investment advice; simulation and risk
PitStrike does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data and AI outputs are informational only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Paper trading and simulations do not guarantee live results.
4. Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape or overload systems beyond normal use, or use the service in violation of law or exchange rules.
5. Intellectual property
PitStrike and its licensors own all rights in the software, branding, and content we provide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service according to your subscription or trial.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Fees, renewal, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout and in your billing portal. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitStrike is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or trading losses. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to PitStrike in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PitStrike against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form or, if none, the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
